Yes. We offer digital-only subscriptions at a reduced rate for those who opt not to receive the print edition. To purchase a digital subscription, please go to cinefex.com, click "subscribe" and choose the digital edition option. |

I just signed up for the digital edition, but I can't login. What's the problem? |

Since we manually sign up each digital edition request we receive, please allow three business days for your digital edition to be activated. After we sign you up, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with a link to the digital edition and a reminder of your login information. |

I'm a print subscriber. If I sign up for the digital edition, does that mean I won't get the hard copy version anymore? |

Absolutely not. The digital edition is an extra way for you to view your Cinefex magazine at no additional cost. We are first and foremost a print publication and have no plans to switch to a digital-only format. |

You can choose your own username (your preferred e-mail address) and password when you fill out the digital edition request form at cinefex.com/signup. |

Why am I getting an "access denied" error message when I try to login? |
|
Most likely, you've attempted to access the digital edition on too many computers. Please note that your digital edition of Cinefex can only be accessed on up to three computers. This allows you to view the digital edition from your home and work computer, as well as your laptop. |

I was so excited to access the digital edition, I used a computer that wasn’t my own to view it. But I don't want that to count as one of my three authorized computers! |

Not a problem. Contact us and we'll reset your access. The previous computer use will be deleted from your account, and you can then choose three computers on which you'll most often view the digital edition. |

Our print subscription is for our company/school/library. Does that mean everyone in our company/school/library can view the digital edition? |
|
No. Just as not everyone at your company/school/library receives a print copy of Cinefex, neither will they all be able to view the online version. If more people at your institution would like access to the digital edition, they can purchase a digital-only subscription at a lower rate from the print subscription price and have three computers of their own from which to view the digital issues. |

Can I access the digital edition from my iPhone? |

Not at the moment, but we are working on making the digital edition iPhone compatible. |

Are back issues of Cinefex available on the digital edition? |

At this time, no back issues prior to #118 (July 2009) are available for online viewing. |

Do the digital issues ever expire? |
|
No. As a paid subscriber, once you have access to a digital issue, you may view it for as long as you'd like. All digital editions are permanently archived. |

Where do I login? |
|
To login, go to cinefex.com/digital and choose your desired issue in the "Access Your Digital Edition" box in the lower left corner. From there, enter your login information and your digital issue will begin to load. |

Your ad-blocker software might prevent the login box from loading. Disabling it should solve your problem. |
