Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Homecoming has teenager Peter Parker juggling the normal woes of high school life with those of a high-flying crime fighter. Daniel Sudick supervised on-set special effects, while Digital Domain, Luma, Method Studios, Sony Pictures Imageworks and Iloura delivered visual effects in the dynamic Marvel Comics Universe style.

Director Matt Reeves returns to 20th Century Fox's science fiction franchise continuing the story of Caesar (Andy Serkis), leader of a race of genetically modified apes, who now faces war with a maniacal human colonel (Woody Harrelson) leader of the downtrodden human race. Senior visual effects supervisor Joe Letteri and visual effects supervisor Dan Lemmon reprised their roles overseeing animation and effects at Weta Digital, special effects supervisor Joel Whist assisted action on locations in Vancouver and the Canadian Rockies, and StereoD provided stereographic conversions.
